William L. Proctor, Ph.D.

Senior Engineer
Bill Proctor earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His doctoral research explored the relationship and constraints between microcomputer architecture and computational capacity. Dr. Proctor has considerable expertise in both analog and digital electronics, and is a specialist in the design and development of analog to digital convertors and digital signal processing architectures.

Dr. Proctor is currently working on the design and development of the embedded digital signal processor, as well as the analog and digital electronics for data collection in the next generation of the Company's light scattering instruments.
