The Wyatt Technology Europe office is located in Dernbach, Germany, close to Frankfurt / Main. Wyatt Technology Europe provides sales, service and support to our customers across northern and central Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Luxemburg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
Support Contract (SU)
- Unlimited premium support via telephone and email (response within 24 h)
- 20% discount on LSU, Dyna-LSU, FFF-Seminar or Möbiuζ-LSU
- Express diagnosis at WTE in case of repair
- Optional: 0,5-day training by an application scientist (on-site or via remote)
Support Contract with Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- ALL items covered under the SU-contract, plus:
- 30% discount on the technical maintenance on-site
- 20% discount on standard parts needed during the technical maintenance
Service Contract Gold (“All-In”)
- ALL items covered under the PM-contract, plus coverage of:
- Parts needed during the on-site technical maintenance
- Travel costs for on-site service and repairs
- All repairs (at WTE/WTC and on-site)
- Shipment of instruments to and from WTE
This contract enables WTE to take fast action once a repair becomes necessary, resulting in a significantly reduced “down-time” of the instrument. At the end of the contract period the actual costs will be presented and compared to the customers payment. The difference (plus or minus) will be either credited or added to the next contract period.
