Eclipse Field Flow Fractionation (FFF) - MALS Focus Meeting

The Eclipse Field Flow Fractionation - MALS Focus Meeting is dedicated to the exchange of experience between users of the Eclipse FFF system. In this meeting, the application focus will be proteins, biopolymers and liposome/virus particles. The format of the meeting will be a round-table discussion, structured along different topics. For each session there will be a talk given by an expert in the corresponding topic as an introduction to the general discussion.

Date: November 2, 2011 as an additional third day after the ILSC Colloquium.

Location: Four Seasons Biltmore Resort, Santa Barbara, CA
Room: El Mar

Cost: $500, which includes continental breakfast, lunch, and a binder of proceedings.

Speakers:

  •     Dr. Wei Gao, Dow Chemical Company

"Probe the TiO2-Polymer Composite Formation in a New Class of Latex Paint by AFFFF-MALS"

  •     Dr. Christoph Johann, Wyatt Technology Europe GmbH
        "New Developments in Flow-FFF Instrumentation: Hollow-Fiber Flow-FFF and Frit-Inlet Flow-FFF"
