The Multi-Angle Light Scattering Detector for Absolute Macromolecular Analysis.
Triple-angle light scattering detector for the measurement of absolute molecular weight, size, and conformation of macromolecules in solution. The miniDAWN™ TREOS® may be used in batch mode (off-line) or connected on-line to an HPLC/HPSEC/AFFF, etc. Contains connections and on-board digital signal processing hardware for two external devices such as RI and/or UV detectors. Also contains an analog output from the 90° detector for interfacing to strip chart recorders. Includes an input for synchronization with an autoinjector/sampler. Gorgeous 64,000 color display. On-board analog-to-digital conversion with Ethernet communication for data acquisition. All interface cables included.
Wyatt Technology is the world leader in providing the most advanced macromolecular and nanoparticle characterization tools. These instruments and software may be used to determine the absolute molecular weight and or size of macromolecules and nanoparticles and include: multi-angle light scattering, dynamic light scattering, high through-put dynamic light scattering, field flow fractionation, refractive index and viscometry detection.
