Estimated Molecular Weight
The DYNAMICS software also provides an estimated molecular weight, derived from the measured hydrodynamic radius and empirical relationships between measured radius and molar mass. The ‘accuracy’ of this approach is difficult to define, and while a convenient feature, the estimated molecular weight is just that, and must be treated with caution.
