HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II and TREOS Firmware Update

Install or upgrade to the latest version of the HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II, and TREOS firmware here. Or contact Wyatt Technology to get the latest update on CD. The release notes describe the improvements in the5firmware.

Upgrading is easy:

  1. Download the update for the latest version.
  2. Establish communication with the HELEOS-I, HELEOS-II or TREOS either via the internet, USB, or cross-over cable.
  3. Run the installer for the update and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that it is necessary to be running ASTRA 5.1.5 or greater to use the latest firmware. See the software support page to upgrade ASTRA. (You must be registered for support)

HELEOS: systems shipped before December, 12th, 2005 contain a bug which occurs when restoring factory default configurations. Installing this fix and then rebooting your instrument will correct this problem.
