Felix Deluweit, Ph.D.

Regional Account Manager - North and East Germany & Applications Scientist

Dr. Felix Deluweit studied biology at the Technische Universität Braunschweig with a strong focus on cell and molecular biology. He conducted his diploma thesis at the structure biology department of the Helmholtz-Centre for Infection Research where he worked on the structure elucidation of different variants of the oxygen-independent coproporphyrinogen-III oxidase HemN from E. coli. He carried out his doctorate working on propagation and characterization of prion strains.

With several years of working experience with detectors from Wyatt Technology, which he used during his Ph.D. thesis, he finally joined Wyatt Technology in 2013 as a scientist in Wyatt’s application lab. Currently, he is the Regional Account Manager in North and East Germany, but also provides expertise in protein expression and purification, the use of multi-angle static light scattering, dynamic light scattering and field-flow fractionation.
