Vaccines tend to be complex products, comprising multiple serotypes of macromolecules and/or bionanoparticles, often with adjuvants. Comprehensive biophysical characterization of vaccine products, and the viruses against which they must raise an immune response, can be challenging. Wyatt Technology’s light scattering toolkit provides a suite of solutions for overcoming many of these challenges, and is employed extensively by virologists as well as vaccine developers in product and process development, process analytics and quality control.
