Mobility of a Monoclonal Antibody: Comparison of Techniques [poster]

We have examined the electrophoretic mobility μ, zeta-potential and effective charge of a monoclonal antibody, mAb C, and made a comparative study of protein solution analytical methods and instrumentation that measure electrophoretic mobility including: Wyatt Mobius^™, Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS, Spin Analytical MCE (membrane confined electrophoresis) and Beckman P/ACE MDQ CE (capillary electrophoresis).
