Vaccines: Time-Resolved Structural Changes and Aggregation in Influenza Virus [poster]

SEC-MALS Influenza Virus

The pH-induced change in the structure and aggregation state of the PR-8 and X-31 strains of intact human influenza virus have been studied in vitro by static and dynamic light scattering. Reducing the pH from 7.4 to 5 produces a large increase in the intensity of light scattered to low angles. Learn more in our scientific poster.
