At Wyatt Technology, our mission has been and will always be to delight our customers by providing outstanding analytical tools and unparalleled levels of personal service. In recognition of the extraordinary situation in which we all find ourselves with COVID-19, we recognize the need to adapt our highly personalized approach to the current environment. To that end, I would like to share some of the ways we will stay engaged with you in the coming weeks:

Analytical Services:
Our Applications Lab is up and running. Our experienced application scientists stand ready to review your methods, help with data analysis and interpretation, and ensure your success with our instruments.

Instrument Service & Support:
Your local field team is available to come onsite for service and preventative maintenance. You can also send your instruments in for factory service. Our support team is on hand to provide comprehensive technical and application support by phone, email and screen sharing sessions.

Virtual Demos:
If you’re interested in a demonstration of our instrumentation, we can meet onsite or remotely. We’re happy to answer any technical questions you may have about our technology.

Wyatt has a host of online resources to help you stay informed during this time including webinars, application notes, customer profiles and an extensive bibliography. We will also be offering virtual user meetings as a way to connect and share what’s new. Our website and online support center are accessible 24x7.

COVID-19 Research:
For those of you working on a COVID-19 vaccine or therapeutic, we want to do our small part in finding the cure by offering our technical expertise in the area of biologics characterization by MALS, FFF or DLS at no charge to you. Please contact me directly and I would be happy to connect you with the scientists in our Analytical Services and Technical Support teams to assist you. We stand ready to receive your data files, do screen-sharing sessions, review your protocols, even run samples, if necessary.

While many of our teammates are able to work from home, a large percentage of our workforce must be physically present to build and service our products. We are taking every precaution to create a safe workplace with social distancing, frequent disinfecting of work surfaces, as well as gloves and masks. I couldn’t be prouder to stand with these men and women who exemplify the best qualities of our company. I believe we are making a meaningful difference in helping our pharmaceutical partners develop life-saving therapeutics. With hard work—and a bit of luck—we will conquer COVID-19 together.
