Online store data storage

With use of our online store, your IP address is stored as part of cookies as well as any data the user provides as part of the billing or shipping process. The information you provide is used solely to complete the transaction of purchases through the Wyatt Technology online store. Credit card data is never stored with us. All credit card payments are handled by a third party payment processor, Authorize.net, adhering to PCI-DSS standards.

Online store payment processor

We contract with Authorize.net (877.447.3938), as a payment service provider. Credit card payments made through the Wyatt Technology online store are made directly to the processor. No customer credit card information is stored with Wyatt Technology.

Protection of your personal data

We use the industry-standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and utilize 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of our Website to encode sensitive information on our Website. All information transferred to and from our Website is done securely through an encrypted link between the web server and browsers.

Retention of your personal data

We will retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes set out when collecting your personal data or as required by relevant laws and regulations.
