Wyatt Technology offers on-site Installation and Training services at your laboratory, tailored to your specific needs. These additional services complement the material covered during our Light Scattering University (LSU) training class in Santa Barbara, CA, and may be especially desirable if a large group of staff members is to receive instruction. Gold Service Plan
Wyatt Technology is committed to your success by offering two levels of comprehensive service plans: Gold and Silver. Some of the key benefits of the Gold Service Plan are onsite preventative maintenance and basic repair service, all parts and labor included, dedicated Field Service Coordinator and loaner units available should an instrument require factory repair. Wyatt Technology offers a complete compliance program including documentation and on-site validation for all of its instruments. WTC provides the resources and tools necessary to ensure that compliance is not a problem. The compliance documentation and services have been improved continually over the years as the number of Wyatt placements in pharmaceutical, biotech, and regulated environments has increased significantly. Consulting and Sample Analysis
By special arrangement, we can provide extended on-site consulting services by a Wyatt Applications Scientist to set up methods and run samples on your Wyatt instruments, in your lab. This avoids the need to send samples off-site for analysis and allows for intimate, real-time consultations with the best experts available. Availability may be limited to certain geographical regions.
