AN4002: pH effects on stability and homogeneity of a protein complex analyzed by DLS

Dynamic light scattering quickly and easily evaluates the homogeneity of a native heterodimeric protein complex under different pH conditions, and its stability. Results from this study help verify the conditions where polymerization of HPC is thermodynamically more favorable, hence, improving the quality in sample preparation using appropriate buffer condition for biophysical studies, such as structural analysis.
