Celebrating one year: Waters™ Corporation and Wyatt Technology™ join hands

The addition of Wyatt Technology’s unique products and expertise to Waters Corporation's well-regarded instrument portfolio, support services and global reach marked a pivotal moment for analytical instrumentation. Together, we are poised to accelerate the delivery of essential solutions to our customers who develop and produce biopharmaceuticals, advanced materials and other life-enhancing technologies.
Building upon a Legacy
At the heart of the two companies is a shared commitment to innovation and customer success. We have a history of addressing problems worth solving, having developed and commercialized pioneering products such as the DAWN™ MALS instrument for biophysical characterization and Empower™ software for regulated bio/pharmaceutical labs. We continue to empower customers, not only with new best-in-class instruments and software, but also with the knowledge to make the most of them. From Light Scattering University™ classes to on-site Method Implementation and Transfer, from an extensive library of technical notes and standard operating procedure development guides to close personal application support, we provide everything needed to ensure success.
Delivering with Urgency
In the past year we have released two major products that incorporate both Waters and Wyatt components. The DynaPro™ ZetaStar™ instrument works with Arc™ HPLC modules for unparalleled automation of zeta potential and particle size measurements. HPLC CONNECT™ 4 software seamlessly integrates Waters LC modules and methods with Wyatt’s industry-leading LC-coupled MALS, DLS, dRI and differential viscosity detectors, eliminating the need for multiple software platforms.
A Culture of Collaboration
At Waters and Wyatt, we understand that combining expertise to advance the state of the art is an ongoing journey. By fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement, recognizing, and appreciating our diverse backgrounds and perspectives, we remain pioneers in technological innovation.
Thanks for joining us on this journey
This one-year anniversary of the acquisition of Wyatt Technology by Waters Corporation represents a significant milestone. We look forward to building upon our common legacy, continuing to push the boundaries of macromolecular and nanoparticle characterization through innovation.
