Freeze-Thaw Stability Using Light Scattering

Freeze-thaw stability studies are a requirement for the successful development, distribution, and storage of a wide range of biopharmaceutical products. Here we demonstrate a high-throughput DLS freeze-thaw method that can be used to measure the stability of proteins, AAVs, other viral vectors, lipid nanoparticles and various other samples. Measurements are nondestructive and are performed in-situ in microwell plates, allowing orthogonal analyses on the same samples.

The DynaPro Plate Reader offers automated measurements in industry-standard microwell plates making it an invaluable tool capable of faster, more cost-effective freeze-thaw stability measurements.
