Size, polydispersity, and charge or zeta potential are important attributes of a particle or macromolecule because they uniquely describe the ID, state, and stability of a sample. Equally important to measuring these properties is conducting the measurement in high salt solutions, that mimic physiological conditions. Unfortunately, these measurements tend to be cumbersome and time-consuming. However, this doesn’t need to be the case, in this webinar, we will introduce the capability for increasing efficiency through automated, unattended screening of a large range of sample and buffer conditions. This is especially relevant for scientists working to develop and optimize formulations of lipid nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles and complex proteins.
