Install the latest version of ultraDAWN™ (NEON™ ) firmware (v9.3.7) for optimal performance of your ultraDAWN or ultraDAWN Pilot instrument.

NOTE: ultraDAWN firmware 9.3.7 is recommended for all OBSERVER™ software versions 1.5.0 and higher. ultraDAWN firmware version 9.3.7 or later is required for OBSERVER versions 1.6 and higher.
