AN5002: High-Throughput Optimization of Drug Nanosuspensions

This application note describes a plate-based method for early process development of a compound in nanoparticle format that is rapid and requires very little material, combining acoustic resonance milling and automated DLS. These qualities make it appropriate for implementation in the discovery phase where a nimble strategy is imperative.
