This webinar presents the use of dynamic light scattering (DLS), electrophoretic light scattering (ELS), and various microscopy methods to understand pH and pH- and temperature-triggered swelling transitions in a unique class of “ultra-low-cross-linked” hydrogel microparticles. An introduction to dynamic light scattering and phase-analysis light scattering is provided as well.
