Screening and characterizing colloidal interactions for optimal biotherapeutic formulations
Colloidal interactions arising from surface-exposed moieties on therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug candidates and other biopharmaceuticals lie at the heart of drug product stability.
"Wyatt Technology is invested in the success of its customers. No instrument manufacturer does a better job of educating and supporting their users."

Application Note:
The Diffusion Interaction Parameter (kD) as an Indicator of Colloidal and Thermal Stability
What can we learn about protein-protein interactions, formulation and stability from automated dynamic light scattering? Apparently, far more than is generally appreciated. This application note goes beyond aggregation, colloidal stability (kD) and thermal stability (Tonset), to examine the utility of kD(T) in elucidating the interactions that occur in monoclonal antibodies as they go through a thermal transition.
